You will set technical strategy, manage budgets, standardize CI/CD, automate testing, and implement secure development practices while partnering with Product Management on roadmaps and priorities. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 10+ years software development experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams, including managers.
• Experience leading distributed software teams across multiple time zones.
• Proven experience modernizing legacy applications and cloud/web migration.
• Experience with Microsoft tech stack, Azure.
• Proven delivery improvements through CI/CD and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a modernization roadmap for residential software portfolio.
• Own application architecture decisions and set cloud-native standards.
• Standardize SDLC across divisions; drive CI/CD and automated testing.
• Lead a geographically distributed engineering organization; develop talent.
• Manage technical strategy, budget, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Product Management on roadmap and priorities.
