Simpson Strong-Tie seeks a Branch Finance Director to partner with branch leadership, oversee forecasting, budgeting, and analytics, and drive profitable growth. You’ll manage a local finance team and collaborate with NA Finance teams to streamline processes and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is required.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree is beneficial.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years supporting sales and operations preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch financial closing cycles and prepare statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Serve as a finance business partner with branch leadership to drive efficiency.
• Manage and mentor the local finance teams and purchasing, AR/AP.
• Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives with ROI focus.
