Job summary

Molex's Finance Development Program is a two-year, cohort-based experience designed to fast-track early-career finance professionals. You will rotate across divisions or Corporate Finance, own end-to-end monthly deliverables, and work on improvement projects that impact forecasting and profitability.

You will gain exposure to senior finance leadership, build cross-divisional experience, and position yourself for Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Business Partner roles after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Availability to begin the program on or before August 1, 2027.
• Willingness to relocate as analysts may move divisions or locations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups, and basic financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Complete two one-year rotations: Year 1 in FP&A; Year 2 in a different division focused on Finance Operations or Commercial Finance.
• Own a recurring monthly deliverable end-to-end within the host team's cadence (forecast, flash, close).
• Deliver a quantified improvement project each year with measurable business impact.
• Present work to a finance leadership group at the end of each rotation.
• Support the annual operating plan and monthly forecast with P&L fluency.
