Job summary

Molex is seeking a Financial Analyst for its two-year Finance Development Program in the United States. You will rotate across FP&A, Finance Operations, and Commercial Finance, gaining hands-on experience with forecasting, planning, and decision-making while building broad business acumen.

You'll work with senior finance leaders, drive improvement initiatives, and develop cross-divisional expertise to accelerate your finance career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027.
• Willingness to relocate between Year 1 and Year 2; relocation support provided.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and basic financial modeling.
• Analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret data and summarize takeaways.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete two one-year rotations: Year 1 FP&A, Year 2 Finance Operations or Commercial Finance.
• Own a recurring monthly deliverable end-to-end within the host team's cadence (forecast, flash, close).
• Deliver a quantified improvement project each year with measurable impact.
• Present work to a finance leadership group after each rotation.
• Support the annual operating plan and monthly forecast; build P&L fluency.
• Progress through the program with quarterly Program Director touchpoints and regular exposure to Finance Leadership.
• Communicate effectively across teams and cultures in a global organization.
