Job summary

Molex's Finance Development Program offers two-year rotations across FP&A, Finance Operations, and Commercial Finance, providing hands-on experience in forecasting, planning, business performance, and decision support while building leadership relationships.

Upon completion, you’ll be prepared for Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Business Partner roles, with cross-divisional experience, a strong network, and priority consideration for finance openings across Molex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance-related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables and lookups.
• Analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and summarize takeaways.
• Willingness to relocate as analysts may move between divisions.

Responsibilities

• Complete two one-year rotations across FP&A and Finance Operations or Commercial Finance.
• Own a recurring monthly deliverable end-to-end within host team cadence (forecast, flash, close).
• Deliver a quantified improvement project each year with measurable business impact.
• Present work to a finance leadership group at rotation end.
• Support annual operating plan and monthly forecast; build P&L fluency from revenue to EBITDA.
• Progress as part of a cohort with Program Director touchpoints and exposure to Finance Leadership.
• Communicate effectively across teams and cultures in a global organization.
