The 24‑month program features two 12‑month rotations across corporate finance, R&D finance, financial reporting, accounting, audit, treasury and operations.

Participants gain hands-on experience, leadership development, coaching, and specialized training while contributing to meaningful work across Finance and the broader organization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• 0-2 years work experience.
• Located in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate.
• Available to work full-time, 40 hours a week.
• Broad exposure to multiple facets of corporate finance.
• Experience in biotech and mid-cap public company desirable.
• Opportunity to build a robust network across finance functions.
• Targeted leadership and functional training; Development Day programming.

Responsibilities
