Job summary

BioMarin invites motivated finance and accounting graduates to join the Financial Development Program (FDP). This 24‑month program features two 12‑month rotations across corporate finance areas, including finance, accounting, and treasury, with exposure to R&D finance and financial reporting.

Participants receive coaching, targeted training, and opportunities to build a robust professional network within a mid‑cap biotech company.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting (GPA 3.2 or higher)
• 0–2 years work experience
• Located in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate
• Must be available to work full‑time, 40 hours a week

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24‑month FDP with two 12‑month rotations across Corporate Finance functions
• Gain hands‑on exposure to finance and business operations in a biotech environment
• Receive coaching, training, and opportunities to build cross‑functional relationships
