Job summary

BioMarin is seeking candidates for the Financial Development Program (FDP), a 24-month program designed to accelerate growth as a finance and business leader. You will gain hands-on exposure across Corporate Finance, R&D finance, financial reporting, and treasury, with two 12-month rotations.

Participants receive coaching, targeted training, and a chance to build a robust cross-functional network within a mid-cap biotech company. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in Finance or Accounting.
• GPA 3.2 or higher.
• 0–2 years work experience.
• Located in SF Bay Area or willing to relocate.
• Available for full-time 40 hours/week.
