The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, and controllership, alongside strong communication and analytical skills. A CPA is strongly preferred, and prior experience in a startup environment is vital.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or controllership roles.
• Strong grounding in accounting fundamentals with relevant reporting experience.
• Experience in high-growth environments where processes are still being built.

Responsibilities

• Lead Banyan’s accounting functions and help build a strong finance function.
• Manage day-to-day finance operations across AP, AR, and payroll.
• Prepare materials for board reporting and investor discussions.
