Atlantic Group in Connecticut is seeking a Controller to be the first finance hire, reporting to the Operating CEO and working closely with the founders. You will own accounting across Holdco and partner companies, ensuring clean books and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• CPA with strong U.S. GAAP knowledge.
• Experience in acquisition accounting and integration.
• Ability to build and scale a multi-entity accounting function.
• Willingness to be in the field and hands-on.
• Startup/company-building mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build the accounting function from scratch.
• Own Holding Company close and investor reporting.
• Run partner company books.
• Handle acquisition accounting and integration.
• Select and implement the finance stack.
• Support lender and board reporting.
• Build the team.
