Job summary

Efficient Computer is seeking a senior finance leader to own accounting, tax, and controls as the company scales. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash management, collaborating with CEOs, VPs, and department heads across functions.

You will own external partner relationships, audits, and the evolution of finance systems, with a hands-on approach and equity-minded mindset as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance and accounting with close and forecast ownership.
• Experience in capital-intensive or high-growth environments (semiconductors or tech).
• Strong communication with engineers, executives, and board members.
• Hands-on leader able to build and scale a finance function.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting, tax, and compliance processes end to end.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and budgeting across the company.
• Forecast cash and manage treasury, including large capital commitments.
• Develop and implement finance systems, controls, and audit readiness.
