Leoforce is seeking a dynamic Permanent Controller to lead the finance department in Oklahoma City. The role oversees accounting, budgeting, reporting and tax functions within a growing nonprofit sector context.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA/CMA/CA, 5+ years of experience, and strong leadership to drive financial strategy and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or CA).
• 5+ years in accounting/finance with leadership experience in a complex org.
• Experience as a financial controller in the finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and federal/state regulations.
• Advanced computer skills and financial reporting software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting practices, budgets, reports, tax and audits.
• Lead financial strategy, planning and forecasting with leadership.
• Analyze trends and advise on growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and policies.
• Communicate financial metrics to senior management; drive cost reductions.
• Ensure timely tax filings and regulatory reporting; coordinate auditors.
