Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in manufacturing.
• GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical and strategic planning abilities with a results focus.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage the finance department, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support growth.
• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management and board.
• Develop and manage the annual budget process, including income statements and forecasts.
• Implement and manage systems for the tracking of fixed assets.
• Conduct financial analysis including profitability, liquidity, solvency, and efficiency ratios.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and GAAP.
• Collaborate with department heads to strategize on cost reduction and process improvements.
• Participate in corporate policy development as a senior management team member.
