City Wide Facility Solutions in Oklahoma City seeks a results-driven Controller to oversee all core accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and provide strategic leadership to support growth.

You will manage accounting staff, advise leadership on efficiency and potential acquisitions, and supervise financial tasks related to company-managed properties and invested assets. This role demands proactive financial leadership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and GL management.
• CPA or CMA designation is strongly preferred.
• Candidates must take cognitive and behavioral assessment as part of screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial packages.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to leadership.
• Establish and refine accounting processes and internal controls to protect assets and ensure reporting integrity.
• Direct and mentor accounting staff to ensure accuracy and growth.
• Review leases and manage payments for two properties and track invested assets.
• Lead internal and external audits ensuring compliance with tax regulations and standards.
• Provide financial modeling for growth or acquisition opportunities.
• Identify software, reporting, and workflow improvements to maximize efficiency.
