Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Oklahoma City seeks a results-driven Controller to oversee all core accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and provide strategic leadership for growth. Lead accounting staff and advise leadership on operational efficiency and potential acquisitions.

You will manage GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, budgeting, audits, internal controls, and reporting for company properties and invested assets. CPA/CMA is a strong plus; background check required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
• CPA or CMA designation is a strong plus.
• Candidates must complete a cognitive and behavioral assessment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations and monthly close.
• Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Maintain internal controls to protect assets and ensure accuracy.
• Direct accounting staff and support professional development.
• Review lease agreements and manage property payments and assets.
• Lead internal and external audits for compliance.
