Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Oklahoma City is seeking a results-driven Controller to oversee all core accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and provide strategic leadership for growth. You will manage staff, advise leadership on efficiency, and handle company-owned properties and invested assets.

Responsibilities include GL/AP/AR, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, and potential acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin required.
• 7+ years in progressive accounting roles with reporting and GL.
• CPA or CMA designation is a strong plus; audits and internal controls experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial packages.
• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting for executive leadership.
• Manage accounting staff and internal controls to protect assets and ensure reporting integrity.
• Oversee lease payments and invested assets for company properties.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide financial modeling and recommendations for growth or acquisitions.
