Lighthouse is seeking a Team Lead, Finance Operations (Service Team) in Denver, CO. The role splits time between hands-on ownership of the most complex customer accounts and leading a small US-based team of Finance Operations specialists that is expected to grow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Finance Operations, order-to-cash, or billing role.
• Experience mentoring, training, or informally leading others.
• Comfortable operating in a hybrid capacity, balancing hands-on ownership with coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 3 Finance Operations specialists, setting daily/weekly priorities.
• Onboard and support new team members as the team scales.
• Own and manage a portfolio of complex customer accounts and subscriptions.
• Process complex sales contracts and contract adjustments with Account Managers.
• Serve as escalation point for complex or sensitive cases.
• Identify and document process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and translate results into coaching and actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, and Account Management.
