Lighthouse seeks a Team Lead, Finance Operations (Service Team) to guide a small US-based group of specialists while remaining hands-on with complex contract adjustments. You will mentor, set priorities, and ensure accurate billing across critical accounts.

Based in Denver with a hybrid work model, the role partners with Sales Ops and Account Management to drive timely resolutions, continuous improvement, and measurable KPI outcomes across the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance Operations, order-to-cash, or billing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 3 Finance Operations specialists, setting daily/weekly priorities.
• Mentor new hires and support onboarding as the team scales.
• Own and manage a portfolio of complex customer accounts and subscriptions.
• Process complex sales contracts and adjustments, communicating with Account Managers and customers.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or sensitive cases.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Monitor team KPIs and translate results into coaching points and actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, and Account Management to align on performance and changes.
