Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading organizational change, culture transformation, or process adoption initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive behavior change and embed new ways of working in cross-functional environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to influence culture and decision-making.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP).
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills across all levels of the organization.
• Experience designing and measuring adoption and culture-related success metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, or Education.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Transformation initiatives driving mindset and behavior change and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior leaders to model and reinforce desired cultural attributes and ways of working.
• Translate transformation objectives into clear behavioral expectations and adoption milestones.
• Drive end-to-end adoption of new processes and operating models across people, process, and technology.
• Identify barriers to adoption and embed change into governance and performance management.
