AbbVie is seeking a senior leader to drive Change Management & Enablement within Finance Transformation. You will shape culture, reinforce new behaviors, and ensure sustainable adoption of refreshed processes and operating models across the organization.

The role focuses on leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined execution of change strategies to accelerate value realization and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading organizational change or process adoption initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive behavior change in cross-functional environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence culture and decisions.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (PROSCI, ACMP).
• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills across all levels.
• Experience designing and measuring adoption and culture metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead culture and behavior change initiatives across Finance Transformation programs.
• Drive end-to-end process adoption and new operating models with cross-functional teams.
• Develop integrated change strategies including communications and training.
• Engage stakeholders and align leadership sponsorship and accountability.
• Define adoption metrics and use data to refine strategies.
• Build capability through targeted enablement and coaching of managers.
