Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year in customer service or sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar programs.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must obtain applicable licenses to sell insurance products.
• Must work at the assigned location.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Processes credit loan applications and analyzes financial information.
• Proactively contacts customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Assists customers online and by telephone to open and service accounts.
• Meets or exceeds individual and branch sales/goals.
• Learns relevant consumer finance laws to ensure compliance.
• Performs additional duties as needed by market demand.
