Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Apptio (Cost Transparency/Planning/Target Process).
• Understanding IT service costing, cost allocation, and modeling concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel, data integration, and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP/CMDB, cloud billing, and project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with Finance and Business stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting processes.
• Analyze performance and provide insights to drive results.
• Deliver planning, forecasting, and reporting with cross-functional interface.
• Provide value-add analytics to explain key drivers of costs.
• Partner with business units to align operations with financial goals.
• Prepare executive-level materials for leadership reviews.
• Maintain and improve financial models, tools, and dashboards.
• Support scenario planning and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Strategy, Operations, and HR teams.
• Create dashboards to communicate cost drivers and service usage.
• Maintain data dictionaries and IT cost transparency models.
