Qualifications

• 6–9 years in financial planning & analysis or related roles
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization/BI tools
• Advanced financial modelling, forecasting and scenario planning
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and OPEX, capitalization and headcount implications
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; executive-ready materials
• Proactive, fast-paced environment adaptability; ability to manage multiple priorities
• Hands-on experience with AI concepts; using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Finance Business Partner to technology stakeholders with financial ownership and decision support
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning with FP&A team
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Provide financial analysis on operating expenses, software/SaaS spend, cybersecurity investments, contractor spend, headcount
• Collaborate with Accounting on capitalizable projects and investments
• Analyze vendor contracts, renewals, and cost trends with tech and procurement teams
• Prepare executive-level presentations and business cases with Power BI insights
• Drive process improvements, automation, and adoption of new tech for finance reporting
