Job summary

ICR, Inc. is seeking a Program Finance Manager to lead financial accounting, invoicing and forecasting for a diverse contract portfolio in Mason, OH. You will partner with Program Managers and Contracts Managers to ensure contract compliance, efficiency, and accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates bring ERP experience (SAP/Unanet/CostPoint), GAAP knowledge, and a proven ability to manage cost proposals and month-end closes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a finance/accounting degree and government contracting exposure.
• Strong invoicing, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and GAAP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly invoices for Cost Plus, FPFF and Time & Materials.
• Monitor expenses and AR; track contract payments.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and management reports.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Contracts Managers on finances.
• Maintain internal controls and pricing/build-up for bids.
