Job summary

PPL Corporation is seeking a Manager – Finance Business Partner for IT and Innovation in a hybrid role across PA, KY, and RI. You will partner with IT and leadership to consolidate forecasts, budgets, and rate-case activities, guiding financial decisions for multi-year plans and intercompany allocations.

The role emphasizes GAAP compliance, process improvements, and leadership of junior staff while delivering accurate financial reporting and insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, economics, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of experience in a finance-related field.
• Knowledge of lean budgeting and SAFe principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage consolidated capital and O&M multi-year budgets and monthly forecasts by jurisdiction.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and management reviews with IT and Innovation leadership.
• Provide rate case filing support and intercompany allocations.
• Lead system training and upgrades for budgeting tools.
