Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking a Finance Business Partner I located on USA Parkway to bridge Site operations with the Shared Services Center. This role drives process governance, ensures data integrity, and champions continuous improvement across P2P, I2C, FA, and R2R.

Key duties include resolving invoicing bottlenecks, maintaining master data quality, and ensuring compliance with travel and expense policies. You will coordinate with site teams, SSC, and auditors, owning the local finance toolkit and

Qualifications

• Bridge between Site operations and SSC for accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure data integrity across financial streams and govern processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Site operations and SSC to unblock invoicing and resolve supplier queries.
• Oversee P2P master data and validation tooling to reduce errors.
• Monitor T&E approvals and ensure compliance with group policies.
• Provide training on P2P tools to site-level staff.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and SSC reporting.
• Coordinate asset lifecycle activities and depreciation support.
