Job summary

PPC Partners Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Finance & Accounting to lead finance-related solution design, requirements gathering, and process optimization across multiple operating companies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
5–8+ years of experience in business analysis, finance systems, ERP support, or equivalent enterprise roles.
Hands-on experience with IFS ERP, especially finance/accounting functionality.
Experience with ERP integrations or cross-system data flows and coordinating with IT.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions with finance, operations, and shared services to translate needs into functional requirements.
Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, BA team, IT, and external partners to ensure feasible, scalable solutions.
Provide expert IFS finance module support (GL, Project Accounting, Costing, Billing, Revenue Recognition).
Partner with IT and analytics teams to enhance reporting and dashboards using IFS and BI tools.
Lead enhancements, upgrades, and testing; coordinate UAT and rollout with technical teams.
Provide training and change management support to promote standardized processes and user adoption.
