Republic Finance is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship designed for current juniors and seniors in college pursuing Finance or Business. Interns will learn day-to-day branch operations, including loan processes, regulatory training, and a path toward an Assistant Branch Manager role.

The program emphasizes hands-on experience, leadership exposure, and potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Junior or senior majoring in Business or Finance.
• Able to commit 18–20 hours per week.
• Interest in finance, lending, and branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and participate in an accelerated Assistant Branch Manager training path to learn loan processes and regulatory training.
• Assist in daily loan origination, processing, closings, and funding; prepare files for funding.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand career progression and promotion potential.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Participate in branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Learn about corporate roles where branch experience is valuable (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
