Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking a Branch Operations Intern for an on-site program designed to provide hands-on experience in finance and business operations. Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Ideal candidates are eager to learn, enthusiastic, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 18–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Learn the daily functions and operations of a branch and understand the broader organization.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and fundings including preparing files for funding.
• Interact with team members and leaders to gain real-world experience across Branch Operations and related departments.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Explore branch operations process improvement projects and potential corporate roles.
