Qualifications
- Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Able to work 18–20 hours per week.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to complete insurance licensing requirements if applicable.
- Background and credit history checks and pre-employment drug screen completed.
Responsibilities
- Learn loan process and regulatory training.
- Assist in loan origination, processing, closings, and fundings.
- Meet with Manager to understand promotion paths and career potential.
- Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
- Contribute to branch operations process improvement projects.
- Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
