BDO USA is seeking a BI Manager to lead a Finance BI team responsible for designing, building, and governing reporting, analytics, and automation solutions that support finance and business decisions.

You will set standards for semantic models, governance, and development across the team, partnering with Finance leadership and stakeholders to translate priorities into a coordinated roadmap. The role emphasizes quality, security, and reliable BI delivery.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree required.
Five (5) or more years in Data Analytics, BI or related fields.
Two (2) or more years leading or managing a technical team.
Experience with Finance data preferred.

Aufgaben

Lead and develop a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts.
Escalate complex Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate issues.
Own Finance BI architecture, semantic models, and data governance standards.
Translate priorities into a prioritized team roadmap and resourcing plan.
Review and approve Power BI reports, models, and documentation before deployment.
Ensure up-to-date training for end-users and maintain security controls.
