Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five or more years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or related field.
• Two or more years of experience leading a technical team.
• Experience with Finance data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts.
• Escalation point for complex Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate issues.
• Own and evolve Finance BI architecture and data governance practices.
• Translate priorities into a prioritized team roadmap and resourcing plan.
• Review and approve BI reports, models, and documentation before deployment.
