BDO USA is seeking a BI Manager to lead a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts, shaping reporting, analytics, and automation solutions across the Finance function and business-wide decision making.

You will set development standards, semantic model architecture, and governance practices, partnering with Finance leadership to translate priorities into a coordinated team roadmap, while overseeing Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate deliverables for quality and security.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Application Development.
• Two (2) or more years of experience leading or managing a technical team.
• Experience working with Finance data preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts.
• Escalate complex Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate issues.
• Own and evolve Finance BI architecture, standards, and data governance.
• Translate priorities into a prioritized team roadmap and resourcing plan.
• Review and approve Power BI reports, semantic models, and documentation before deployment.
