Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Assistant Finance BI Leader to help deliver and support finance dashboards, automated reporting, data requests and complex models for FP&A and key Finance partners.

Reporting to the Finance BI Leader, you will coordinate work intake, remove blockers, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery across the portfolio while coaching junior analysts and aligning stakeholders on timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Data/Analytics.
• 5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A or finance operations.
• 3+ years building and supporting Power BI dashboards.
• 2+ years writing SQL queries and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day BI initiatives under the Finance BI Leader.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, data pulls and automations.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to improve analytics and data governance.
• Define metrics and reporting requirements with FP&A and Billing/Collections.
• Establish BI standards, training and documentation for reports.
