Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Assistant Finance BI Leader to help deliver and support finance dashboards, automated reporting, and ad hoc analytics for FP&A and Finance partners. You will translate business questions into scalable reporting and data solutions using Power BI and SQL.

You will work with IT and Finance to set priorities, remove blockers, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery across the portfolio while coaching team members and improving processes.

Qualifications

• Finance experience: 5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or finance operations.
• Power BI: 3+ years building and supporting production dashboards.
• SQL: 2+ years writing queries and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Data/Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day team leadership and prioritization for the Finance BI portfolio.
• Manages Power BI reports, data pulls and process automation from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborates with IT and Finance to improve analytics and reporting efficiency.
• Defines metrics and reporting requirements with FP&A and other Finance teams.
• Coaches and reviews reports to ensure quality and consistency.
