Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Assistant Finance BI Leader to support the finance analytics portfolio, deliver dashboards, automate reports, and handle ad-hoc analytics for FP&A and Finance partners. You will report to the Finance BI Leader and help coordinate priorities, remove blockers, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

This role requires a self‑starter with finance acumen, hands-on Power BI and SQL skills, and the ability to translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Data/Analytics.
• 5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or finance ops.
• 3+ years building and supporting production dashboards with Power BI.
• 2+ years SQL querying and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Assistant to the Finance BI Leader by supporting day‑to‑day team leadership and prioritization.
• Drives initiatives forward, identifies next steps, and removes blockers.
• Manages requests for Power BI reports, enhancements, data pulls, and process automation.
