Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Assistant Finance BI Leader to support delivery and ongoing support of finance dashboards, automated reporting, data requests, complex financial models, and ad-hoc analytics for FP&A and key Finance partners. You will report to the Finance BI Leader and help manage priorities, coordinate work intake, and ensure high-quality delivery across the portfolio.

This role requires a self-starter with strong Finance acumen and hands-on Power BI and SQL expertise, translating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Data/Analytics required.
• Finance FP&A or finance ops with 5+ years preferred.
• Power BI report/dashboard development experience (3+ years) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day team leadership and set priorities.
• Drive initiatives, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage Power BI reports, data pulls, and process automation from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance leadership, and other pillars to improve analytics and reporting.
• Define metrics and reporting requirements with FP&A and other Finance teams.
