About the role

The team represents banks, direct lenders, private credit funds and borrowers across a wide range of financing transactions. The New York finance group is growing and wants an associate who can take on significant responsibility and help build the practice.

Responsibilities

• Representing lenders and borrowers in syndicated, club and bilateral credit facilities
• Acquisition and leveraged finance for sponsor-backed and corporate borrowers
• Asset-based lending and secured financings
• Private credit and direct lending transactions
• Amendments, refinancings, restructurings and workouts
• Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents and intercreditor agreements
