Insite Finance, a well-established national law firm in the United States, seeks a mid-level Finance Associate for its New York office, focusing on lending transactions within a robust finance practice.

The candidate should have JD and about 3–6 years of finance experience at a reputable firm, admission to the New York Bar, and strong drafting, negotiation and organisational skills. A collaborative mindset and lender/borrower experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Representing lenders and borrowers in syndicated, club and bilateral credit facilities
• Acquisition and leveraged finance for sponsor-backed and corporate borrowers
• Asset-based lending and secured financings
• Private credit and direct lending transactions
• Amendments, refinancings, restructurings and workouts
• Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents and intercreditor agreements
• Managing closings and supervising junior lawyers
