Qualifications

• JD from a US law school and active NY Bar admission.
• 3 to 6 years of finance experience at a law firm.
• Strong drafting and organisational skills.
• Public finance, project finance or private credit exposure is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents and intercreditor agreements.
• Acting for agents, lenders and borrowers on syndicated, bilateral and asset-based facilities.
• Advising private credit funds on direct lending, unitranche and fund finance deals.
• Working on acquisition financings, refinancings and amendments.
• Running closings, conditions precedent and perfection steps under UCC Article 9.
• Supervising junior lawyers and staying in regular contact with clients.
