• Proven track record with senior secured, mezzanine, and subordinated debt transactions; asset-backed, warehouse, or royalties financing is a plus.
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
• Bar admission: Must be admitted to the New York State Bar or eligible to waive in.
• A proactive work ethic and ability to communicate complex legal matters concisely.

Responsibilities

• Representing banks, private credit, and institutional lenders in secured loan transactions.
• Managing financing transaction components, including structuring, documentation, and closing for domestic and cross-border deals.
• Collaborating across Tax, Regulatory, IP, and M&A teams to execute multi-faceted financing strategies.

What You'll Do

As a member of the Finance Practice Group, you will work on complex, fast-paced transactions alongside a diverse group of smart, collaborative colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
