Job summary

Landing Point in Boston, MA is seeking a Finance Associate to support the Corporate Finance Group. The role provides end-to-end exposure to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions within the Global Management Company.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with a 3.3+ GPA and 0–2 years of related experience. Proficiency in Excel is required, with familiarity in AI tools, SQL, or Python considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with a 3.3+ GPA.
• 0–2 years of related experience; general accounting coursework or experience is important.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables).
• Exposure to AI/tools SQL or Python is a plus.
• Workday Financials experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices end-to-end, verify and approve coding and payments.
• Prepare and record wires and other payments for invoices.
• Review expense reports and procurement card transactions.
• Research invoice questions and coordinate with external providers.
• Prepare quarterly management fee and expense reimbursement invoices.
• Support collections and external reporting processes using Workday and Excel.
• Contribute to system improvements and automation initiatives.
