Job summary

Landing Point is seeking a Finance Associate for its Corporate Finance Group in Boston, MA. The role provides end-to-end exposure to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable within the Global Management Company, with a focus on accurate processing and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in accounting or finance (GPA 3.3+) and 0–2 years of related experience. Proficiency in Excel is essential; exposure to AI tools, SQL, Python, and Workday is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required with GPA 3.3 or higher.
• 0-2 years of related experience in accounting or finance preferred.
• Experience with Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables) desired.
• Exposure to AI tools, SQL, Python, or other automation/data tools is a plus.
• Workday Financials experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process third-party supplier invoices end-to-end, including verification and payment facilitation.
• Review invoice coding and payment details with Accounting and Reporting for accuracy.
• Prepare and record wires and other payments for supplier invoices.
• Support employee expense reports and procurement card transactions processing.
• Respond to invoice inquiries and coordinate with external service providers.
