Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 0–2 years of related accounting experience is important.
• Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Claude), SQL, Python, or other automation/data tools is a plus.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process third-party supplier invoices end-to-end: receipt, verification, approvals, and payment.
• Prepare and record wires and other payments for supplier invoices.
• Review invoice coding and payment details; assist with employee expense reports and ad hoc bank transactions.
• Prepare quarterly management fee and expense reimbursement invoices for portfolio companies and track revenue reimbursements.
• Monitor aging and assist in reconciliations; support close and reporting processes.
