Job summary

Reliance, Inc. in California seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Applications to lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of Finance platforms, ERP solutions, and related SaaS tools across a federated enterprise.

You will drive multi-ERP implementations in manufacturing and distribution, build strong business cases, and partner with Finance leaders to enable process optimization, data governance, and AI-enabled automation at scale.

Qualifications

15+ years of direct IT applications experience focusing on Finance and back-office systems.
Experience implementing Finance ERP solutions (GL, AP, AR, Cash) in manufacturing and distribution.
Implemented (or led) multi-ERP deployments in Fortune 500 environments.
Deep knowledge of Finance processes and transformation initiatives.
Proven ability to build business cases for enterprise Finance modernization.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of Finance platforms and related SaaS tools.
Oversee multi-ERP Finance implementations for core processes in large enterprises.
Drive transformation through ROI models, business cases, and executive recommendations.
Collaborate with Finance leaders to define system requirements and optimize processes.
Ensure robust data governance and integration across ERP and BI environments.
Guide teams, manage vendors, and align with enterprise roadmaps.
