Job summary

Extreme Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Applications to lead strategy, delivery and automation of Oracle Finance capabilities. The role partners with Finance leadership to translate priorities into roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.

You will oversee Oracle Financials delivery across GL, AP, AR, and other modules, manage integrations, controls, and production support, and drive continuous improvement, SOX compliance, and AI-enabled finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Finance applications.
• Deep knowledge of core finance processes: Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, close and consolidation, intercompany, tax, costing, and revenue accounting.
• Experience partnering with Finance leaders at VP, Senior Director, Director, manager level.
• Ability to lead cross-functional delivery across IT, Finance, operations, audit, data, integration, and partners.
• Strong executive communication and program management in a complex enterprise.
• Ability to operate strategically while also engaging in detailed delivery when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year Finance applications roadmap aligned to Finance priorities and transformation objectives.
• Prioritize enhancements, regulatory or control needs, technical debt reduction, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Translate business goals into clear application outcomes, delivery plans, resource needs, and measurable success criteria.
• Lead delivery and support for Oracle Financials and related finance applications across GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash, Intercompany, Revenue Recognition, and more.
• Oversee requirements, solution design, configuration guidance, integrations, testing, cutover, hypercare, release management, and production support.
• Ensure finance processes are scalable, automated, auditable, and SOX-compliant.
