Job summary

Lam Research in California seeks a Manager/Senior Manager for Digital Transformation, Finance Processes, to lead multi-year ERP modernization and planning-application migration across R2R and finance planning. You will drive design, testing, cutover, and execution for seamless transitions within global Finance.

Ideal candidates have extensive finance operations and transformation experience, with hands-on SAP S4, ECC, Jira, ADO, Workday Adaptive, CPQ, CLM, Signavio, and Visio expertise, plus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 12 years related experience; or 8 years with a Master’s; or a PhD with 5 years.
8–10 years of experience in Finance operations and Digital Transformation in a global, complex capital equipment manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of accounting, tax, treasury and financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities

Drive R2R workstream deliverables across the Finance organizations and DT.
Design and deploy R2R and Finance Planning systems for the Finance organization.
Own testing readiness (SIT, UAT, regression) and cutover planning for business continuity.
Identify and elevate cross-functional risks and dependencies through PMO governance.
Lead process mapping workshops and translate business requirements into future-state designs.
