Job summary

Extreme Networks seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Applications to lead strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise finance applications, with a focus on Oracle Finance capabilities. You will partner with Finance leadership to translate priorities into scalable roadmaps, actionable delivery plans, automation opportunities, and measurable outcomes.

You will provide hands‑on functional/technical direction across core Finance domains while advising executives and teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years hands-on experience with Oracle Finance applications, ideally Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion Financials and related EPM or revenue platforms.
• Deep understanding of Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, close and consolidation, intercompany, tax, costing, and revenue accounting.
• Experience partnering with Finance leadership at VP/Senior Director/Director levels.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional delivery across IT, Finance, operations, audit, data, and external partners.
• Strong communication skills and executive‑level updates.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi‑year Finance applications roadmap aligned to Finance priorities and transformation objectives.
• Lead delivery and support for Oracle Financials across GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash, Intercompany, and related modules.
• Partner with Finance executives and process owners to translate priorities into tangible outcomes and roadmaps.
• Establish support models, SLAs, incident management, and governance for critical Finance apps.
• Define an AI vision for Finance Applications and identify high‑value AI use cases with Data teams.
