You will partner with finance and other teams to produce narratives, monitor trends, and communicate results to leadership. A Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting and 2+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• 2+ years in financial performance management, analytics, or reporting.
• Experience with reporting across financial and operational metrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance reporting frameworks with financial and operational data.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc executive-level financial reports with narratives.
• Analyze performance trends, variances, and drivers to provide insights.
• Distribute routine financial reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses including reconciliations and trend reviews.
• Propose improvements to reporting processes.
