You will gather requirements, write specifications, validate reports, and collaborate across teams to enhance reporting processes and enable data-driven leadership decisions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of related work experience or an advanced degree with 1 year, plus 4–7 years of experience in mining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience.
• 4-7 years of experience mining data and developing reports using reporting/analytics software.

Responsibilities

• Gather and integrate complex data from multiple sources to produce comprehensive reports and insights.
• Prioritize and drive new reporting requirements by assessing business needs and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
• Identify and communicate key insights from reports and analyses to inform leadership decisions.
• Proactively enhance reporting and analytics processes through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Conduct complex ad-hoc research, analysis, and reporting while serving as a subject-matter expert.
• Provide guidance and support to junior employees or act as a team lead to facilitate knowledge sharing and project execution.
